Welcome to Newtown–A New Chapter Begins

Nestled along the Little Miami River, Newtown is a village with strong roots and solid bones.  It is an idyllic community where neighbors know one another and people genuinely care about each other. Our walkable streets, neighborhoods, parks, and a growing regional bike trail provide the foundation for a village that is becoming more connected, more inviting, and more vibrant.

Newtown is served by the Forest Hills School District, a highly rated public school system known for strong academics and a commitment to student success, and it is also home to Miami Valley Christian Academy, a private, faith-based education option rooted in academic excellence and community values.

Throughout the year, our village gathers around celebrations like Winterfest and Summerfest that remind us what makes small-town life so special. Local shops, family-owned restaurants, and community spaces form the heart of Newtown.  The Village also benefits from a base of established companies that provide numerous local jobs contributing to the financial stability of our community and help create an economic foundation for families, businesses, and future investment.

Right now, Newtown’s momentum is palpable. We are investing in our public spaces, strengthening partnerships, supporting our businesses, and focusing on thoughtful and intentional growth with community in mind. As Mayor, I am committed to guiding a community that values connection, opportunity, and a deep sense of belonging while encouraging residents and business owners to take shared responsibility for their homes, businesses, and public spaces. Together, we are building a strong village that honors its past as we confidently step into its future.
