Madam Mayor - Tracy Boone
Tracy Boone moved to beautiful and quaint Newtown in 2020 with her husband, Scott, and their four kids. Her family has fond memories of attending Winterfest in the past, so she was excited to join the Newtown Winterfest Committee in 2022! Tracy has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from The College of Mount Saint Joseph and is a licensed Physical Therapist, but she put her career on hold to raise her family. Over the years, she has volunteered in various roles at her kids’ schools and in the community. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys crafting, being outside, reading, and spending time with others. While serving on Village Council, Tracy hopes to increase community engagement by bringing more family friendly events/activities to Newtown, maximizing use of our wonderful parks and trails, supporting our businesses and restaurants, and promoting growth without compromising Newtown’s small-town charm.
