Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting, as well as a Public Hearing for the consideration of a zone change for the property at 3524 Debolt Street, which is currently occupied by Tri-Star Contractors.The property is currently zoned Residential Two Family and the owner wishes to change the zoning to PVC (Planned Village Center).
