Peace Officers Memorial Day is held annually in the United States on May 15 in honor of federal, state and local officers killed or disabled in the line of duty. It is observed in conjunction with Police Week.

This will be a work session without audience participation, but the meeting will be open to the public. The topic is the chicken ordinance. All are welcome to participate in the parade. Line-up begins at 9am at MVCA on School Street with step-off taking place at 10am. Parade ends at Moundview Park around 10:45am. Road Closure info is attached.
