·        Ordinance prohibiting adult-use cannabisoperations, including cultivators, processors and dispensaries in the Villageof Newtown pursuant to chapter 3780 of the Ohio Revised Code and declaring anemergency

·        Ordinance extending the moratorium on theissuance and processing of permits allowing retail dispensaries, cultivators,or processors of adult use marijuana within the Village of Newtown anddeclaring an emergency
