NEWTOWNSPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Newtown Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, May25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting shall be conducted by Zoom and live streamed on the Village Facebook page.  Listed below are the specific agenda items: 

1.    To review, discuss, and vote on Resolution ___-2021: A Resolution Approving a Contract with Westside Paving for Phase I of the Short Park Improvement Project in the Village of Newtown; 

2.    To review, discuss, and vote on Resolution ____-2021: A Resolution Approving an Assignment of the Amended and Restated Community Reinvestment Area Agreement Between the Village of Newtown and OSI Enterprises, Ltd. 

3.    To conduct any other business, including passing motions, rules suspensions, and executive sessions, necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
