Meeting is for a Conditional Use Public and Regular meeting for 3511 Debolt.  Owners wish to convert the existing building into a three family.  This is the old Masonic Temple which was purchased several years ago.  The upper floor of the building was converted to living space, which was approved by the Planning Commission.
