3603 Church Street, owner Little Miami Real Estate (Joe Motz) is looking to convert this building into an eating and drinking establishment with business owner Emma & Phil Jones, owner of Lobsta Bakes. Hours of operation would be Thursday-Saturday 12 noon to 10pm and Sunday 11am to 2:30pm.
