The applicant is requesting a variance from section 4.5 of the Newtown Zoning Code that limits the placement of fences in the front yard of residential properties.

Building Commissioner reads the prepared staff report for the Board of Zoning Appeals consideration.

The applicant is requesting a variance from section 4.5 of the Newtown Zoning Code that limits the placement of fences in the front yard of residential properties.

Board of Zoning Appeals reviews and votes to either support the variance requests or oppose the variance request, in accordance with the 36.7 G1 a-d of the Newtown Zoning Code.
